I am a certified professional  Homeopath, Flower essence practitioner, and Holistic Health Coach. I am a wife and mother, and before children, I was a professional Pastry Chef. My family's health journey began when my children were little. I could write a novel about how many countless doctors, hospitals, and specialist visits we drove to up and down our state. For the first decade of parenting, the only way I could help my children at home was by deep-diving into special diets, including gf, df, dye, and preservative-free. ​However, the most impactful moment happened in 2017, when I took a leap of faith in trusting that homeopathy could naturally bring changes to health.  For years, we had been navigating the challenge and financial burden of diagnoses such as Autism, PANDAS/PANS, Tourrettes, Lyme, Chronic Allergies, Anaphylaxis, Eczema, and Asthma through allopathic and functional medicine approaches. As we began augmenting conventional treatments with homeopathy, we immediately started saving thousands of dollars by not turning to the invasive treatments that were offered, such as IVIG. Within months, the prescriptions were no longer needed. Over the first few years, we witnessed diagnoses shrink and our overall health soar. Health challenges still remain, or new ones can pop up, which is not unexpected as we are human and dynamic.  We still rely on the expertise of medical providers when necessary; however, we now manage our health with homeopathy, flower essences, and lifestyle choices safely, effectively, and naturally. ​I was so inspired by my family's immediate results that I sought a deeper understanding of homeopathy through professional education in 2019. Along the way, I began integrating flower essences and gemmotherapy, for which I chose further professional education. In 2024, I received my Professional Licensure in Theoretical and Clinical Homeopathic Education from the renowned Center for Homeopathic Education in London. I also completed hundreds of hours of specialized training and certifications with world-class homeopaths, completing complex health courses for children's and women's health concerns. Furthermore, because everything we expose ourselves to in our environment and food impacts our health, I also completed a Health Coaching certification course through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2023. ​Lastly, in 2019, I experienced the gift of choosing a life of sobriety. That was a pivotal moment, as I moved from a place of the survivalist warrior mom to a woman who could accept self-care and build spiritual health awareness, which I have found essential to feeling whole, grounded, and safe. ​My holistic consulting is not just about identifying and healing individual blocks to improve health. It's about offering you, my clients, a sense of understanding and support. When we can move out of the closed space of fear, we open a place for healing. I provide encouraging, empathetic, nonjudgmental support and education to help you achieve greater well-being. I am a registered member of the Society of Homeopaths and abide by their code of ethics. I am often enrolled in a continuing education class for my specialties. I regularly meet with my colleagues to keep up to date on homeopathy and continue to work with a mentor who supervises my client’s cases when needed.
