Our Services
Our online consultations blend Homeopathic principles, Flower Essences, and Gemmotherapy education with Holistic Health Coaching. We work with you each session to decide the most beneficial recommendation. We do not always include each of the above modalities in the recommendation. Our virtual consultations and support are not intended to replace your medical care. ​ Zoe has completed specialized homeopathic training and has personal experience with PANDAS, PANS, Autism, Lyme disease, Women's Health, and Allergies.
A la Carte

​Initial Consultation
120 minutes
​
This includes a full intake of your health history and primary concerns. Within a few days of your consultation, you will receive recommendations for remedies, flower essences, and/or lifestyle suggestions.

Follow-Up Consultation
60 minutes
We will review your past month and the remedy response and further explore your health goals. Again, we will recommend a homeopathic remedy, flower essence, and/or lifestyle change. Depending on your needs, follow-ups are recommended every 4-8 weeks.

Acute Care
25 minutes
​
You will receive remedy recommendations and follow-up care for 48 hours. We recommend purchasing a homeopathy kit to have at home. For current clients, if the acute situation is simple and you have a kit, we may offer the service for free. We support home-prescribing and can provide information on where to learn more.

Wellness Jump Start
​
Includes: Initial and two follow-up consultations to be used within 6 months. Remedy and Holistic Coaching support between appointments through the Practice Better Platform, including a HIPPA-compliant chat option and one 15-minute check-in phone call between consultations.

Mother/Caregiver and Child Consultations
​
Includes: One initial consultation for you and one for your child
